Twitter/X skill — post tweets and read timeline

Need a skill for Twitter/X API v2. Agent should be able to post tweets, read my home timeline, search recent tweets by keyword, and like/retweet. For a social media monitoring agent.

Tools: post_tweet(text, reply_to_id), get_timeline(limit), search_tweets(query, limit), like_tweet(id), retweet(id). Twitter API v2 with OAuth2 bearer token. Handle rate limits gracefully.
