Spotify skill — control playback and search tracks

Fun one: want my agent to control Spotify. Play a song, pause, skip, add to queue, search tracks, get currently playing. Using it to build a voice-controlled music assistant.

Tools: search_tracks(query), play_track(uri), pause(), resume(), skip(), add_to_queue(uri), get_currently_playing(). Spotify Web API with OAuth2. Needs active device handling.
