Jira skill — read issues, post comments, transition status

Need an OpenClaw skill that can interact with Jira. My agent should be able to list issues assigned to me, read issue details, post comments, and transition an issue to a new status (e.g. In Progress → Done). OAuth or API token auth both fine.

Tools needed: list_issues(filter), get_issue(key), add_comment(key, body), transition_issue(key, status). Should handle pagination. Jira Cloud only is fine.
